January - March, 2024

Mindfully connect to your body in the new year!

Love Your Body, Love Yourself virtual support group for women.

FOREVER HOME

Come home to your body in a supportive circle led by a holistic physician and a psychotherapist.

This group offers a unique opportunity for women to come together in order to explore and expand their relationships with their bodies. Created by weaving together mindfulness practices, techniques for radical love and acceptance, and body-centered tools for more conscious living, this space of curiosity, understanding, and growth is designed to support you exactly where you are on your journey. In a small group setting, you are invited to live in your body and related to yourself through the lens of love.
