ReWilding: A weekend retreat for women

This retreat is for those longing to develop a deeper connection to their essential wild selves through the support of somatic tools, nature and sisterhood.
Do you ever feel like a caged cheetah? Intuiting that there is something more wild and beautiful in yourself and your life, but unsure of how to connect to it?
We’re here to support the process of freeing the wild intuitive self waiting within you.
Our collective focus will be on reconnecting to our essential wild selves. Each day we will offer guidance to dig deep into the places where we have given our power away or hidden our deep intuitive knowing. Together, we will bring light to the places where we need to unlearn the ways we have been tamed.
Moving stuck energy in the support of emotional embodiment, time in nature, and ceremony. We invite you to rise up into your deepest desires and wildest dreams. We invite you to dance and cry and rest and release and re-connect.

What’s Included:
Three nights in a modern mountain cabin 2 hours from Denver, CO (Thursday - Sunday August 24-27, 2023)
Three home cooked meals each day
1-2 ReWilding sessions each day including body movement, journaling, mindfulness excursions and connecting in nature
Hot tub

Wild portrait sessions with renowned photographer Teya Rose & digital copy of your portraits.
